Moorcroft Seafoods have a comprehensive system of training for all of its employees, with qualifications in Food Hygiene and an active programme of gaining NVQ Level 1. The business is managed with Food Safety in mind, following a Quality Manual with a HACCP system and product specifications in place. This ensures that at all times during the procurement, transport and storage, our fish and seafood supplies retain the premium quality that is expected by our customers.
